Zonospace provides:

• Property Search: Browse and search properties for buying or renting
• AI Interior Design: AI-powered room visualization and design tools
• Designer Marketplace: Connect with verified interior designers
• Property Listings: Post and manage property listings
• Home Services: Access to home-related services

4.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

4.3 AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI-powered features are provided "as is" for informational purposes. AI-generated designs and recommendations should not be considered professional advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before making decisions.

5. User Content and Listings

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Zonospace (property listings, photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not infringe on third-party rights
• Not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.3 Property Listings

When posting property listings, you represent that:

• You have the legal right to list the property
• All information provided is accurate and current
• Photos and descriptions accurately represent the property
• You will honor the terms stated in your listing

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Collect user information without consent
• Use our platform for illegal activities
• Circumvent any security features
• Post spam or unsolicited advertisements

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Payments and Fees

7.1 Free Services

Basic property search and limited AI design features are free. We offer zero brokerage on select properties.

7.2 Premium Services

Premium features require subscription fees:

• Premium Plan: ₹499/month
• Pro Plan: ₹999/month
• Annual plans available with 20% discount

7.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store your payment card information.

7.4 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.

7.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

All content on Zonospace, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is owned by Zonospace Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Trademarks

"Zonospace" and our logo are trademarks of Zonospace Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

Zonospace is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

9.2 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content posted by users, including property listings, reviews, and photos. We do not verify all user-generated content.

9.3 No Real Estate Advice

Zonospace is a platform connecting buyers, sellers, and designers. We do not provide real estate, legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

9.4 Property Transactions

We are not a party to any transactions between users. All agreements are directly between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for disputes, fraud, or issues arising from transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonospace Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from user content or third-party actions
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages from service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zonospace Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on our platform
• Your transactions with other users

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@zonospace.com or through your account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harm other users or our platform
• Fail to pay applicable fees

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our platform ceases immediately
• Your content may be deleted (we are not obligated to retain it)
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@zonospace.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
